Glazier. Glass Installer
Skills & Experience required

4 years of experience in installation of aluminum frames, curtain wall, storefront and glass sealed units

Assembling and fitting glass in windows, doors, displays, storefronts, and other structures

Working with blueprints to cut glass to specifications

Ability to work comfortably at heights
Setting up scaffolding

Determine type of glass, frames and material required
Measure, mark and cut glass
Position and secure panes in frame
Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products
Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding, rigging and hoisting
equipment
Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications
Fit and join sheet metal parts

Valid driver's licence & mobility

Attention to detail
Ability to work independently

Lift More than 45 kg (100 lbs)
