Description

We are a busy sign shop in the city of PA, and we service a number of communities surrounding. We are looking to hire an experienced graphic designer to start in March 2025.

Duties include:

Customer Service:

Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Resolving customer complaints, or customer service issues.

Have a natural knack for relationships.

Duties include: Assisting customers, answer phones, and taking payments.

Graphic Design - creating creative designs, proofing, sending jobs to print etc.

Programs: Quickbooks, Outlook, Corel, Word.

Requirements:

Computer Experience

Corel Draw

Job Benefits:

9-5 Schedule

Some Overtime required in Busy Season
