Description

Moose Jaw Co-op is now hiring a full-time Gas Bar Assistant Manager at our Ross Park Gas Bar located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

The Assistant Gas Bar Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the gas bar and providing exceptional customer service to our external and internal customers. This includes achieving budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support the Moose Jaw Co-ops vision.  It also includes, achieving established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery, and identifying areas for improvement.

The Assistant Gas Bar Manager will assist in recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and motivating the gas bar team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.

Qualifications:
    3+ years of Gas Bar experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience
    Capable of attaining high levels of production with minimal supervision
    Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    Demonstrates strong and effective team leadership skills and works well within a multigenerational, highly motivated team
    Ability to embrace a culture focused on safety, engagement, innovation, and teamwork
    Capable of demonstrating worksite mobility (i.e., lifting up to 50lbs, working in a variety of weather conditions, etc.)
        Willing and able to work evenings and weekends (schedule will primarily be Tuesday-Saturday)
        Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
