Description

As the Executive Liaison, youll ensure the seamless operation of the Office of the Clerk through comprehensive executive support and coordination of correspondence, and financial administration. Acting as a critical point of contact, youll prioritize communications, assess emerging issues, and provide responses on behalf of the Clerk when necessary. In addition to supporting the Clerk, youll liaise with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Speakers Office, and the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Saskatchewan branch. Youll oversee documentation, records management, and compliance for these initiatives while ensuring effective coordination across teams. Whether tracking action items, organizing agendas, or planning high-profile events, your leadership will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Legislative Assembly Service.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment; Outstanding communication abilities to manage relationships with senior officials and stakeholders; A collaborative mindset to ensure cross-functional success in managing executive and operational needs; Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field (Administrative Professional Diploma with extensive experience may be considered); 57 years of executive-level administrative support experience preferred; Proficiency in M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
