Next level Guest Service: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch night auditors
Audit Like a Boss: Handle financial transactions, balances, and reports with accuracy. Don't sweat it; we'll provide the training!
Guest Over Everything: Provide 7 Star service by anticipating guests' needs and creating unforgettable moments. You're the night-time hero!
What We're Looking For:
Customer-Centric Attitude: Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but your passion for helping others is what matters most
Night Owl Vibes: You thrive after dark and love the quiet of the night shift.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with hotel management software, Excel, or willing to learn (we've got your back).
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support your teammates
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays - a little extra is never a bad thing!
