Pioneer Thinking Group is currently hiring three marketing coordinators for our operation in Regina and Moose Jaw and Swift Current.

The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the small and tenacious team. Working with the management, this person will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing plans.

You will be responsible for the following:

Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Produce eye-catching social media posts and other communication materials while maintaining the brand.
Organizing advertising with media partners, developing ad copy, and trafficking of ads
Creating and curating content for social media platforms
Produce high quality social media videos and photos for distribution
Plan, organize and manage parties

Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
Carry-out special projects as requested.
Lead on event management, including facilities, scheduling, budgets, promotion and registration (in-person and virtual events).
Support company's overall marketing activities including various social media channels

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, and paid vacation.
You must have relevant prior work expereinces in following tasks:
Video/Photo design/production
Social Media platform management
Event/party management


You must work onsite in Regina , Moose Jaw and Swift Current, remote work is not fit for this position. You must have valid status to work in the region.
