Operating all equipment, safe food handling and preparation, kitchen safety techniques, handling stock, pricing and stocking merchandise, housekeeping standards, merchandise presentation, customer service, and follow-up on complaints.
Prepare, administer and be responsible for sales, margin, expenses and inventory of the department.
