The Manager of Engagement is responsible for leading a high-energy growth team, including the Philanthropic Advisor, Legacy Coordinator, and Community Engagement Catalyst. The Manager of Engagement will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the engagement team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
