Under the direction of the Education Coordinator the Post-Secondary Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, implementation and evaluation of all post-secondary programs but not limited to tuition agreements, policy reviews and student intake etc. This position also supports student success by providing academic and career counselling post-secondary students. Proposal writing and reporting to funding agencies will also be required.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will:
Bachelors degree in education, Business Administration or related field; a certificate or diploma and a significant amount of related experience may be considered
Experience working with First Nation education institutions and programs
Knowledge of First Nation education issues, challenges and delivery models
Ability to use various computer software systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers License and must be SGI approved for insurance purposes
Provide a clean CPIC (criminal record check)
Possess a strong work ethic, and be dependable and reliable
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, evaluate and report on all Moosomin Post-Secondary programs
Develops and monitors program workplans, objectives and outcomes
Undertakes the development of proposals, workplans, budgets and reports
Attends MFNEC board meetings
Provides guidance and career counselling to post-secondary students
Ongoing liaison with Education Coordinator, Education Director and Career Guidance Counsellor on education initiatives.
Liaison with educational institutions
Monitors budgets and variance reporting
Provides monthly reports on activities and statistics
