Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Trainer to join our support team. The successful candidate can work out of any of our Pattison Agriculture locations. This role would be responsible for creating and delivering training modules to all of our departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Precision Ag) and would report to our Intelligence Solutions Training Manager.

Responsibilities
-Prepare/deliver training modules to staff & customers
-Attend training, maintain system credentials
-Understand equipment setup, components, operation, technical manuals relevant to all brands
-Assist Training Mgr with onboarding sessions & customer training events
-Support employee growth & development
-Build & maintain strong positive/professional working relationships
-Significant travel inside/outside of Canada

Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation skills
-The ability to work flexible hours
-Must have valid passport, ability to travel outside of Canada
-Knowledge of farm and agricultural systems relevant to the area
-A valid Class 5 Drivers License
-Ability to read, write, speak effectively with customers/employees
-Extensive experience in agriculture-related role
-The ability to use desktop and internet applications
-Have experience analyzing and interpreting data & reports
-Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
-Gr 12, GED or equivalent experience required; Ag/Engineering/Business degree preferred
