Job Order Detail

Description

This position includes the following areas:
    Road repair and maintenance, including grading, application of asphalt, and street sweeping;
    Regular preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machines and equipment;
    Water and sewer line maintenance;
    Water treatment and distribution; including water testing, hydrant maintenance; curb stop installation;
    Wastewater collection and treatment; including lagoon maintenance;
    Maintenance of recreational areas and boat dock;
    Landscaping and general grounds maintenance, including tree trimming and branch removal;
    Grass mowing with tractor and commercial mower, and operation of the line trimmer;
    Maintenance of Community Centre and Office complex;
    Record keeping;
    Sign and speed bump installation and maintenance;
    Compliance with all policies and applicable legislation; and
    Other duties as assigned or required.
