Job Description: The Speech Language Pathologist-Masters Senior reports to the Manager of the Children's Therapy Program and will provide clinical guidance and leadership of Speech Language Pathology Services for Children's Therapies. The Speech Language Pathologist-Masters Senior is a member of a health discipline whose training and knowledge qualifies him/her to make decisions and accept responsibility for all aspects of the Speech Language Services. Services will be provided in a variety of settings as deemed most appropriate for client service. The Speech Language Pathologist-Masters Senior is responsible for assisting in planning and organizing the activities of the designated service area within the Speech Language Pathology Professional Guidelines to ensure that patients/clients referred receive a high standard of Speech Language Pathology. His will be done in accordance with Saskatchewan Health Authority Mission Statement and Therapy Department Statement of Purpose, policies and procedures of the facility and department.
