Job Duties:
1.Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards and customer preferences.
2.Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
3.Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
4.Coordinate the work schedules of our restaurants staff.
5.Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
6.Ensure that servers accurately take customer orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions. Review the order summary to ensure all details are correct.
7.Demonstrate tasks step-by-step, such as setting tables, taking orders, or preparing specific dishes.
8.Emphasize the importance of sanitation for customer safety and compliance with health regulations.
9.Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management.
10.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
11.Assist with the recruitment and hiring of new restaurant staff as needed.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma is required.
2.Previous experience in the food service and hospitality industry.
3.Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
4.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
5.Strong multi-tasking skills.
