Primary Function:
The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN) is seeking an individual passionate about supporting First Nations childrens programs. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) initiatives by managing data collection, tracking, and reporting. Conduct research and provide technical and analytical insights to support briefings, updates, and forward planning for policy and program development within the Health and Social Development Secretariat (HSDS). Work closely with team members to leverage expertise and ensure completion of deliverables on time and within budget.
Your role
Manage projects and deliverables.
Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Use your strong communication skills and understanding of First Nations programming to help develop impactful initiatives for children.
Coordinate and provide recommendations for ELCC-related policies, regulations, strategies, programs, or services.
Design methods and techniques for the collection, examination, and compilation of ELCC-related data to support program evaluation and planning.
Analyze and evaluate data.
Determine the nature of the research and study undertaken elsewhere, evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining and interpreting research findings, with actionable recommendations for implementation.
