Duties and responsibilities:
-   Oversee delivery of intakes, employment services and skills training, and employment opportunities.
-   Ensure the program meets its objectives of assisting 70 youth, including Indigenous youth, youth with disabilities, racialized youth, 2SLGBTQI+ youth, and newcomer youth.
-   Conduct outreach and recruitment activities in collaboration with social and mental health agencies, community organizations, and through social media.
-   Perform client needs assessments to identify individual barriers and develop personalized action plans.
-   Coordinate and deliver pre-employment workshops focusing on career planning, job search techniques, resume writing, interview preparation, and other employment-oriented skills.
-   Facilitate employment skills training sessions covering personal management, interpersonal relations, communication, time management, and computer use.
-   Build and maintain relationships with employers for quality work experience and employment opportunities for clients.
-   Organize industry events and information sessions to promote the benefits of hiring youth facing barriers.
-   Offer individualized supports or access to specialized support such as mental health services, disability supports, childcare, transportation, and living expenses.
-   Maintain records of client progress and outcomes, including preparation and submission of quarterly and annual reports.
-   Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor long-term success of clients in the labor market.

Qualifications:
-   Degree in social work, human services, education, occupational therapy or a related field.
-   Rehabilitation Worker Certificate or two years supported employment experience or related experience.
