Regina Plumbing and Heating is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented entry level office assistant. Successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a fast paced and constantly changing environment. Experience in the plumbing and heating industry is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
Provide administrative support and perform other duties as prescribed by management
Schedule appointments.
Answer incoming calls and field messages.
Complete general office tasks/duties as assigned. Schedule service calls for technicians.
Run errands as needed.
Filing of documents, general data entry and spreadsheet maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service.
Successful candidate should also possess the following skills and qualifications:
Proficient typing skills and knowledge of MS Office programs as well as QuickBooks.
Excellent communication skills/courteous phone demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills/reliability
High school diploma/GED equivalent required
