Description

The Metis Addictions Council of Saskatchewan Inc., better known as MACSI, is a non-profit community based provincial organization that has a long history of serving the people of Saskatchewan for over 50 years. MACSI operates three facilities throughout the province of Saskatchewan with locations in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Regina.
The Assistant Regional Director is responsible to assist the Regional Manager in the management of day-to-day operations in the Regina Treatment Facility. The Assistant Regional Manager carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: on call staff support, payroll, benefits, petty cash, scheduling,  meeting minutes, assist in staff recruitment, staff orientation, employee and public relations, training, staff professional development, staff performance appraisals and MACSIs organizational development in Regina.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma in Business Administration;
3+ years experience in Administration and/or Facility Management;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of officials and employees
Excellent communication, interpersonal relation skills, and writing skills;
Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance;
Record office expenditures, assist in operational budget management.
Directly responsible to oversee Human Resource administration duties , Assisting overall facility management;
Proven advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook;
Some travel required to the other locations in Saskatchewan therefore must hold a valid drivers license; and a valid CPR/First Aid.
Must be able to obtain a clean Criminal Records/Vulnerability  Sector Check.

HOURS OF WORK:    Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30, shared on call work
