Description

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact and creating a safe, nurturing environment for those in need? As the Manager of Group Living Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading, guiding, and supporting our dedicated group living services team. You will uphold policies, procedures, and agency standards while promoting a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care. You will work closely with participants, clinical teams, educational and vocational teams, administrative staff, funding agencies, families, community resources, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive and comprehensive service environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Services
     * Develop and maintain positive partnerships with the Ministry of Social Services, Mobile Crisis, Regina Police Service, RCMP, Children's Justice Centre, and Ministry of Corrections and Public Safety.
     * Create and implement individualized case plans for participants.
     * Encourage team input in individual and group treatment planning.
     * Lead the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring coordination of documentation and communication with families, funders, and stakeholders.
     * Establish and maintain a therapeutic environment.
     * Monitor and approve the delivery of activity plans by the group living services team, ensuring quality and compliance.
     * Ensure participant needs are met in alignment with policies, including safety, treatment, medication administration, healthcare, documentation, nutrition, chores, and hygiene.
     * Foster professional working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
     * Co-facilitate weekly treatment groups with the clinical team as needed.
     * Ensure adherence to Behavior Management and Support policies.
     * Provide crisis response and debriefing follow-up and training.
