As Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings
SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in technical sales or business development is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful person will serve as a back up to the warehouse when required
Forklift experience would be an asset
