Description

In this role you will:
-Assist with environmental inspections, surface and groundwater water sampling and sample preparation, as well as air quality monitoring
-Data entry and review
-Participate in special projects and other day-to-day activities
-Duties include a blend of field and office work, with the majority of time spent in the field

Required:  
-You are currently enrolled in a science-based post-secondary education program
-Possess strong communication and computer skills
-You must be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco
-Work a rotational two week in/out schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Recommended:
-Candidates enrolled and pursuing a diploma or degree in an environmental related field is considered an asset

Conditions of employment:
-Pre-employment substance test

This is a 4-month full-time temporary student term, starting May 2025 until end of August 2025. Interviews will take place in January/February 2025. Students will be notified if they are selected for an interview.
