The Role
Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of maintenance tradespeople.

In this role, you will:
-Will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance tradespeople in a way that sustainably maximizes the use of assets.
-Ensure processes are followed, and work with your team to make improvements as opportunities are identified.
-Coach and develop a team of problem solvers.

Required:  
-Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson certification or a technical diploma in a related discipline
-10 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Recommended:
-A Saskatchewan supervisory certificate
-First aid certificate
-Previous working experience using SAP
