Conexus Arts Centre is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team. If you have a Building Operators Course, 5th Class Engineers Certificate, and Refrigeration Engineers Certificate, we want to hear from you!

Position: Building Maintenance Engineer
Reports To: Sr Building Engineer
Location: Conexus Arts Centre, 200A Lakeshore Drive, Regina, SK
Application Deadline: November 25, 2024

Key Responsibilities:
HVAC Maintenance: Keep heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems running safely and efficiently.
General Maintenance: Perform tasks like painting, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Emergency Response: Follow emergency procedures and first aid protocols.
Policy Compliance: Adhere to Centre policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Certifications: Building Operators Course, 5th Class Engineers Certificate, and Refrigeration Engineers Certificate.
Skills: Experience with HVAC, plumbing, emergency procedures, and WHIMIS.
