Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our production team and oversee the manufacturing processes within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain management, to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on production performance for upper management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a manufacturing management role or similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Proficient in using manufacturing software systems for tracking production metrics.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
