Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational planning and emergency response initiatives.
Manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and seek funding opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and community partners.
Lead a team of 200+ employees, ensuring performance and adherence to agreements.
Oversee safety procedures, risk assessments, and daily operations.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of transit operations, safety, and regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
