Job Purpose

Under the direction of the Settlement and Community Support Director, the Cultural Bridging Facilitator assists immigrant and refugee families to build community connections and networks by facilitating group and individual services and programs. This position plays a key role in helping guide their transition into a new culture.

Education and Experience
-Graduation from a post-secondary program in the Social Sciences, Humanities, Communications or Cultural Studies, and one year experience working in relevant area, OR
-Equivalent to one year of post-secondary training in the above noted fields, and three years of experience.
-Cross-cultural training and experience.
-Experience in public speaking.
