GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
This is one of a set of Program Lead positions within the Population Health Department. This position will lead the HPV Primary initiative. The Program Lead provides leadership and facilitation in the conceptualization, planning, development, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of operational plans, strategies, programs, and policies in the advancement of population-based provincial cancer screening. The Program Lead works to establish and maintain essential linkages between many diverse stakeholders and the program such as clients, health professionals, government agencies and community. The Program Lead is actively involved in supporting quality assurance and quality improvement. This position acts as a content expert on the screening pathway, serving as the central point of contact for staff and stakeholders, and providing coordination and oversight support to various committees and working groups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Undergraduate Degree in a related health discipline or health care administration (Masters Degree preferred).
- Five (5) years demonstrated project management or leadership experience.
- One (1) year of previous supervisory/management experience.
- Lean certification an asset
Experience:
- A minimum of four (4) years recent related experience in either a health or business-related environment....
