We are looking for an experienced consumer lending professional who has a passion for members and is interested in working with an amazing team of other dedicated professionals. This is a temporary, full-time term ending January 2026. The individual we are seeking should reside in Weyburn, SK or within a reasonable commute.

As a Member Relationship Specialist, youll be responsible for handling consumer lending requests, opening new accounts, and processing card-related requests. You'll also be building relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible. Your mission will be to help our members meet their financial goals and needs make a real difference in their lives.

Your Spark:
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience as a consumer lender or in a financial institution. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Previous work-related experience in a credit union is an asset.
- Proven success working within a sales and service, and goal-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
