Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the role of Program Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics is pivotal in developing and advancing enterprise workforce planning processes and strategies that enable the realization of organizational short-term and long-term objectives.
Supporting the Senior Leadership team, they forecast, design and action strategies and solutions to address organizational structure and staffing needs and opportunities. They lead and enable the organization in the collection, analysis, and use of quality workforce data to inform organizational planning and decision making.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational planning, or related field; supplemented by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise-level workforce planning, structure, and role design.
Experience in human resource data reporting and analysis and the use of related tools and technologies is considered an asset.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge, skill, and competence, may be considered.
