St. Thomas More College (STM), the Catholic liberal arts college federated with the University of Saskatchewan (Usask) is seeking a permanent full-time Advancement Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Assistant plays a key role in supporting the efforts of the Director of Advancement by managing and maintaining data related to donors, alumni, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, generating reports, assisting with fundraising campaigns, and providing excellent customer service to alumni and donors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
