We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team in Regina, SK. The ideal candidate will assist the Shop Foreman in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our shop runs efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
    Mechanically inclined.
    Previous experience working in a shop or manufacturing setting preferred.
    Strong knowledge of safety practices in a workshop environment.
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    Hold a valid driver's license.
    Experience hooking up, unhooking and towing cargo trailers.
    Read, speak and understand English
    Must be able to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test.
    Be willing to travel outside of Regina for work assignments, which may require staying overnight as needed.
