Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Experience
- One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment
Licenses
- Fireman Certificate
- Boiler Operator Certificate
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Refrigeration certificate, where required
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
Competencies
- Basic - Communication skills

- Basic - Interpersonal skills
- Basic - Computer skills
Knowledge and Abilities
