Great Plains Drilling Ltd, based out of Cudworth SK, is currently accepting resumes for Seismic Shothole Drillers who are available to start work for the 2024-25 fall/winter season in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Drillers are responsible for drilling shotholes, keeping drill in safe working order, mentoring helpers and the day to day operation of seismic drilling, must have previous experience as a Seismic Driller.
We welcome applications from individuals who are hard working, competent, show dedication to our HSEC program, physically able to perform manual work in extreme temperatures, work long hours and be away from home for a period of time.
Applicant's must possess a valid 3A driver's license, First Aid and Seismic Blaster Certificate. Training in TDG, WHMIS and H2S Alive would also be considered an asset. Must be able to obtain a criminal record check, to handle explosives. Working in a highly safety sensitive job you are required to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
