Redhead Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Coordinator (Term Position) in our Saskatoon branch.
This position provides support for our parts operations and departments by performing administrative duties such as balancing internal accounts; entering and verifying orders and investigating invoice discrepancies; coding invoices; compiling information for daily, monthly, and annual reporting; as well as assisting with payroll.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
Strong organizational skills
Detail Orientated
Experience in administration support including invoicing, expense coding and inventory control.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent problem solving skills combined with the ability to manage a large volume of paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
