Brandt has a position available for a Warranty Manager in our Customer Support Centre. The Warranty Manager will manage and maintain the Brandt Warranty department. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures, knowledge of the equipment Brandt vends, the ability to effectively lead a team and a high level of customer focus.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the warranty policy and procedure documentations
Develop/deploy the warranty recovery policy, process and procedures to maximize cost recovery from suppliers/vendors.
Manage the day to day activities of the Warranty Administrators.
Maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
Manage and approve all warranty G&D policies and credits
Process Warranty and Brandt Travel work orders
Conduct warranty training for internal employees
Conduct branch audits
Manage accounts receivables
Assist with processing claims when needed
Develop metrics, maintain warranty and program reports
