Are you ready to take on a leadership role that creates lasting positive change? Meadow Lake Native Urban Housing is seeking a manager to oversee operations and drive impactful outcomes!

As the Manager, you will: Oversee and manage 170 properties.
Develop meaningful partnerships with community agencies.
Manage and maintain the annual budget.
Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines in tendering and contracting processes.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a dedicated Board and a fantastic team of six.
What Were Looking For:
To excel in this full-time, permanent role, you will need:

An undergraduate degree in business, social work, psychology, human services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least five years of relevant professional experience.
Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and reporting to a board.
Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act, National Building Code, and tendering/contracting processes.
Your Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional interpersonal skills for resolving conflicts and building trust with stakeholders.
Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A commitment to embracing diversity and fostering inclusive environments.
Additional Requirements:
A valid SK drivers license.
A clear enhanced criminal record check (offer contingent).
