The Public Service Commission is seeking several resourceful, results-oriented human resource business partner professionals to join one of our nine Business Partner Teams in a one-year term opportunity. You will work strategically with ministry clients to develop human resource solutions that support the achievement of their goals.
As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will:
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders in your assigned client portfolio to learn their business and proactively offer strategies to meet their current, emerging and future human resource needs;
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts in order to provide innovative solutions and best practice advice in such areas as employee and labour relations, talent management, and organizational development; and
- Work closely with team members on projects and/or committees to advance the Public Service Commission initiatives and strategies.
