Description

HoopLife is the largest basketball skills training academy in Western Canada. We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Regina. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is looking to contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations while supporting HoopLifes mission of developing confident young athletes. If you are passionate about operations management and want to be part of a team that impacts the community through basketball, this is the role for you.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of HoopLifes programs and services, supporting everything from basketball camps and memberships to travel clinics across Western Canada and team training packages.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of HoopLife programs and services.
- Coordinate schedules for camps, clinics, memberships, and team training sessions.
- Work closely with the sales, coaching, and support teams to align operational needs with business goals.
- Manage facility logistics, including equipment, venue setup, and overall maintenance.
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements for clinics and events across Western Canada.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for events and daily operations.
- Work full-time, in person, at the HoopLife office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
