Description

ISC (TSX:ISV) is the leading provider of registry and information management services for public data and records. Throughout ISCs history, we have excelled at delivering value to government, to industry and to our community. We are the partner of choice for governments and private sector organizations seeking solutions across the information management spectrum.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing talent pipelines for ISC and its subsidiaries by leading the full cycle recruitment process.  

You will support the creation of sourcing strategies and execute those plans by first building strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs and then by managing all activities related to the recruitment process up to and including the onboarding of new employees. Serving as brand ambassador, you will ensure ISC is positioned as an employer of choice in the marketplace by developing relationships with post-secondary institutions and other community partners.

With the rapidly changing workforce and recruiting industry trends, you will continually manage expectations and negotiate between keeping new employees (and hiring managers) happy and meeting ISCs business needs.

Whether you are in the early stages of your own career, or have already enjoyed a successful recruitment track record, your likely preparation includes:
University degree or diploma in Human Resources is related field.
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
Recruitment experience in a unionized environment.
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or HRIS system (Workday).
Strong planning and organizational skills.
A team-oriented attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidential information.
