Risa Management is looking for a part time/casual maintenance worker to help our maintenance team with minor issues around apartment buildings throughout Saskatoon.

Responsibilities:
-basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, flooring is a must
-perform routine and preventative maintenance as required
-ensure day to day operations are handled diligently

Qualifications:
-must have valid driver's license
-ability to handle stress and meet close deadlines
-excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
