Description

Reporting to the principal the teacher will be responsible for instructing students by creating Unit plan, lesson plans, fostering positive learning environment, instructing students on Core subject areas to create a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program. The teacher will also be expected to work collaboratively with Literacy, Numeracy Catalysts, Land-based culture program and the Special Education Teacher to support student learning. This position requires collaboration with program leads to implement a Math Pilot.      Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
