Description

Key Responsibilities:
    Customer Interaction: Provides positive energy and excellent service to customers.
    Vehicle Cleaning: Cleans vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, polishing, and stain removal.
    Quality Assurance: Inspects vehicles for deficiencies and ensures all Repair Orders (RO) meet quality standards.
    Maintenance Checks: Performs basic maintenance checks on vehicles, including fluid levels and repairs.
    Organizational Tasks: Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including parking lots and the shop.
    Inventory Management: May be responsible for managing cleaning supplies inventory.
    Training and Learning: Participates in ongoing training to stay updated on automotive technology.
    Safety Compliance: Follows safety procedures and guidelines for hazardous waste disposal.
    Team Collaboration: Actively participates in daily production meetings and communicates issues to supervisors.
    Core Values: Upholds Assured values of honesty, integrity, and respect while adhering to company policies.
    Physical Requirements: The job necessitates the ability to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs, along with standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Repetitive motions are also a key component of the role.
    Work Environment: Employees may be exposed to paint, fumes, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures, as well as intermittent noise in the workplace.
