Description

Reporting to the Education Board the Director of Education is the Chief Executive Officer of the Red Earth Cree Nation Education Authority, providing overall leadership, operations management, direction and vision to develop and sustain a high-performing education organization focused on creating opportunities and supporting achievement for all students in the Education Authority in accordance with Authority Board Policies and Administrative Procedures. Experience in senior management, personnel management,strategic planning/reporting, and fiscal management with demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are assets.

You will develop and implement strategic educational plans that reflect the values and traditions of Red Earth Cree Nation. Lead the implementation of the MIHKOSKIWAKAK NEHIYAWAK EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
