We are seeking a reliable self-starter who excels at facilitation and prioritizes nurturing relationships. Qualifications and Skills

- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
- Three years or more years of relevant experience in relational and content facilitation, developmental evaluation and high feedback environments
- Domestic abuse service delivery
- Experience with interactive facilitation style
- Diverse community engagement experience is considered an asset
- Establishes and nurtures relationships with both formal and informal entities with the aim of driving and expanding Real Talk program reach
- Engages in curiosity and vulnerability (Brene Brown)
- Challenges the status quo and thrives in a developmental and adaptive environment
- Acts, learns, and makes decisions through cross-sectional, gender transformative and intersectional lenses
- Ability to travel as required for in person engagements across Saskatchewan
- Ability to travel to Alberta as required up to quarterly per calendar year
Ideal candidate must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
