The People Relationship Manager (PRM) is a strategic partner who is embedded within a business unit and shares ownership to drive the people side of the business strategy, and HR strategy while supporting HR operational activities where required. It works to converge functions such as talent management, workforce transitions, supporting the evolution of the Target Operating Models/strategies both within HR and the business unit.
Education and Experience:
-Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in Human Resource or Psychology or relevant degree
-A Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification is considered an asset
-A Project Management Professional and/or Change management certification will be considered an asset
-Six years experience in a variety of human resource areas (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Development, Organizational Change Management, Employee Experience Programs, and Employee Engagement) supplemented with business knowledge and experience obtained by partnering with business leaders to drive value
-Six years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of plans based on management objectives
