In this role, you will:
-Perform network and loop drawings field verification & drawings update.
-Perform Industrial Control System (ICS) network troubleshooting as required.
-Perform instrumentation and control troubleshooting through data gathering and analysis ViaPI
-Be involved in some electrical troubleshooting
-Be involved in Camecos Change Management Process
-Be Involved in DCS and PLC programming as required
-Be involved in Developing & Maintaining industrial control systems cybersecurity when opportunity comes
Required:
-You will be entering your third or fourth year as a university student in computer or electrical engineering, or other applicable academic fields.
-Demonstrate resolute attitude towards safety
-Solutions Driven with a desire to learn and apply knowledge gained
-Demonstrate other soft skills such as team work, time management, good communication skills, etc
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
-Some programming knowledge will be advantageous
-CAD knowledge and experience will be considered an asset
Conditions of Employment:
Substance Test
The successful candidates will work a term of approximately 12 months. You will work a rotational schedule commuting to the site by aircraft. Interviews will take place in January 2025. Students will be notified if they are selected for an interview.
