Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. We are not a 24/7 service company, so on call is not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing/working in the service and commissioning division, and will be required to work on a variety of HVAC equipment, including:
    Heat Pumps
    Boilers
    Furnaces, Split A/Cs
    Rooftop Units (RTUs)
    Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs)
Key Responsibilities:
    Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
    Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of HVAC problems.
    Commission new installations of HVAC equipment.
    Perform preventative maintenance checks and tune-ups.
    Maintain accurate service records and complete all necessary paperwork.
    Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
    Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
    Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
    Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and practices.
    Experience with a variety of HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, RTUs, and ERVs.
    EPA certification (preferred).
    Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
    Strong customer service and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
