Responsibilities
-Equipment sales with new/existing customers
-Build loyal/long-term customer relationships
-Provide top tier customer support & follow-up
-Identify unmet customer needs & provide solutions
-Develop innovative strategies to increase sales
-Stay current on knowledge of all sales related areas
-Create brand awareness in your area
-Conduct equipment/product demos
Requirements
-Exceptional customer service & communication
-Extensive knowledge of ag equipment
-Education in Ag Business/Marketing/related field
-Strong time mgmt, organizational, computer skills
-3+ years of previous sales exp
-Knowledge of John Deere & competitive products
-Significant independent travel, valid drivers licence
-Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary
