The SPSA is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic professional for a permanent position as a Senior Planning and Performance Improvement Consultant. Reporting to the Director, Planning and Performance Improvement. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of performance improvement, program evaluation and strategic and operational planning, monitoring and reporting.
To be successful you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to develop and maintain professional relationships and partnerships with and build consensus among external and internal stakeholders.
This position is in-office, based in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will be required to travel away from the office within the province approximately 10% of the time.
This position leads the development and implementation of the SPSAs planning, continuous improvement, and accountability management system to support Agency leaders in enhancing and supporting public safety in Saskatchewan.
