The Ministry of Social Services, Corporate Services in North Battleford is looking for reliable and trustworthy persons to perform file management for the North Battleford office which supports various Ministry programs. As a person who is energetic, thorough, conscientious and attentive to detail, you will file extremely large volumes of correspondence, electronically enter and retrieve confidential client data, and process and distribute mail. You may also assist with a fleet of CVA vehicles, including distributing keys, maintaining logbooks, and scheduling maintenance appointments for the vehicles.
This position can be physically demanding, and you may be required to lift up to approximately 25 lbs. To be successful in this position, you must also be focused, efficient and dedicated to working in a team environment. You will have knowledge of general office practices, procedures and protocols and computer database systems.
Typically, the knowledge required for this position is obtained through the completion of an office education program and/or several years experience in administration support roles.
