Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer service experience
Review and process warranty claims, ensuring all documentation meets audit requirements
Handle new vehicle damage processing
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and customers regarding warranty policies and claim statuses
File warranty claims with the manufacturer and follow up on approvals
Maintain records of all warranty transactions and status updates
Ensure compliance with warranty requirements, identifying any discrepancies
Utilize computerized systems to track claims, inventory, and records
Assist with parts and service department tasks as needed
Conduct daily customer follow-up calls to provide the best possible experience
Monitor Customer Experience (CX) goals to ensure they are met
Perform ongoing CX reporting and training, continuously seeking ways to enhance CX processes and achieve exceptional customer service
